She also maintains her own private practice and is developing her professional role toward becoming a clinical supervisor. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon and works with adults ages 18 and older.
A warm, collaborative approach
Meredith brings curiosity, humor, and compassion to counseling. She values an honest therapeutic relationship where people can feel heard and explore their experiences without pressure to have everything figured out.
Her approach combines person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and compassion-focused care. She adapts the work to each person’s needs, helping clients understand patterns, explore what feels difficult, and develop ways of responding that fit their lives.
Support through change and uncertainty
Meredith supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Her work invites clients to consider what is keeping them stuck and what might help them feel more connected to themselves and the people around them.
Rather than centering perfection, Meredith focuses on meaningful, practical progress. Therapy offers room to explore challenges at a manageable pace and build greater self-understanding.
Affirming care and belonging
Meredith welcomes people of all identities and backgrounds. LGBTQIA+ affirming care is part of her practice. She values authenticity and trust, with space for clients to bring their whole selves into the conversation.
Education and credentials
Meredith earned her Master of Counseling from Oregon State University – Cascades in 2021. She holds an Oregon Licensed Professional Counselor credential (LPC).
